Our experience across all types of events in the nonprofit and for profit space, including experience working within various organizations, makes us able to pivot quick and truly know how to communicate across all types of people. Meet Our Founders

Jacob Davis

As the co-founder of Limitless Event Solutions, Jacob has built a reputation for delivering seamless, high-impact experiences for races, nonprofit fundraisers, and large-scale community events through his years as the founder and owner of Southern Timing, LLC. With a background in race timing and national event logistics, Jacob brings over a decade of expertise to every project, combining precision with creativity to produce events that inspire, engage, and exceed expectations. His companies have supported hundreds of events nationwide, partnering with organizations to bring their vision to life with white-glove service and meticulous attention to detail. Passionate about giving back, Jacob also leads initiatives that support first responders and charitable causes, using events as a platform to uplift communities and create lasting impact. Based in Orlando, Florida, Jacob spends what free time he can find golfing, sampling bourbon, and enjoying time with his family.

Katie Lewis

Katie has been deep in the world of live events for the last 20 years, starting in the music industry and learning every piece of that world from the ground up. After participating in a multi-day endurance fundraising event to raise money for breast cancer back in 2008, she knew her future career needed to be in nonprofit events instead. After returning to school to obtain a Master of Nonprofit Management degree, Katie left the world of concerts to be a fundraising, strategy, and event expert for organizations like the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, National MS Society, and Susan G. Komen. Her vast knowledge of both the for-profit and nonprofit worlds collide to make her a jack of all trades as the co-founder of Limitless Event Solutions - easily navigating challenging organizational restructures, technical platforms, creative and communications needs, strategic planning and project management. Her years behind the scenes and her love for details, signage, and operating heavy machinery make her your dream event lead. Katie is based in Chicago, Illinois and when not traveling, on a ladder, or behind a computer, loves CrossFit and power lifting, her Nespresso, and her husband.

Limitless Event Solutions is brought to life through our team of incredible contractors across the country that bring their own incredible experience as skilled event leads, permitting navigators, dream map designers, and thoughtful communicators. Our white-glove service model extends across this masterful team to ensure each client has the best possible experience.
